All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Any exception to this policy is granted solely at the discretion of  Whites Executive Concierge.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled ride.

For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust for reasonable delays. Please notify us if your flight has been cancelled.
